I have purchased many belts in the past for various purposes ranging from dress wear to tactical law enforcement gear. I have always wished that the product was better. Of course the belts always wore down from frequent use and had to be replaced. I was skeptical about paying the price for one of Tom's custom made belts, but I gave it a try. I also was concerned that it would be uncomfortable. I sent in the inquiry message on the website and quickly received a phone call from Tom. He spoke with me over the phone and took my measurements before he began working on the belt and other products I purchased.
